The Pharonyx Team welcomes you to the K-Ops Help Centre, the place where you will find how to use all the features of K-Ops and the answers to your questions about K-Ops.

To find “How To” video’s and user guides, plus answers to your questions just click on the module you need help with below and it will take you to the Help Page for that Module, where you will find all the information to show you how to use the module and answer your questions. If you can’t find what you need or need further help, please contact the Pharonyx support team by emailing us at support@pharonyx.com. One of our team members will get back to you promptly with the answer to your question.

The Pharonyx team is available between 9am – 6pm Eastern Standard Time Monday to Friday, we do monitor the support inbox outside these hours and try and respond to critical issues.
